The venue is available in 1-3 day blocks-
Friday @ noon- Sunday @ noon

           Our prices are $12,000 for the ENTIRE weekend; including all decoration, linens, seating, etc. This does not include the rental of the farmhouse, other than the bridal headquarters, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

 We also offer a ONE Day Wedding package with Rehearsal for $6,500. This ONE DAY package does NOT include any over night lodging.

  • Here is a sample 3-day itinerary: 
    • *Arrive any time on Friday after 12 PM, *settle in; *decorate and set up; *have your rehearsal; *rehearsal dinner; *relax!
    • On Saturday while the *gals get ready, *the guys can fish, hike, play yard games, play poker, or golf at our local course. *Enjoy your ceremony and reception, then *stay up and visit as late as desired. *Bon fire if county permitted. 
    • On Sunday,  *clean up, *relax,  *reminisce about the wedding and laugh about the prior night events *check out by 12 P0

Days of the week can be flexible as long as we can have time to prepare the venue for the next group

Deposits & Payments

You can reserve your special day by paying a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 to hold your date. The deposit payment is due at the time of signing the contract, your date will not be saved until BOTH the contract and deposit are received. This amount is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied toward your total balance of the venue rental. The remaining balance can be made in payments spread out evenly over the course of the remaining time prior to the wedding. The final payment is to be paid 6 months prior to the wedding taking place. Because cancellations made for less than 6 months are nearly impossible to rebook, at that point the entire amount is non-refundable. Prior to the 180 day period, any amount paid prior to this (minus the deposit) will be refunded in full IF the dates can be rebooked at the same rates, at the venues discretion.
A fully refundable $1000 damage deposit will be added, in addition, to the original cost of the wedding package. This m must be paid a week prior to the wedding and will be refunded within 14 days after the wedding, providing no damage occurs or items are missing. We WANT to be able to return the deposit and not have damage or extra work to do! Our goal is to be able to refund the full damage deposit to you!!

Alcohol & Catering

Another perk at Rustic River Wedding & Venue is that we let you bring in your own alcohol and food. We do require you purchase a banquet license online, the cost is only $10/day you are serving the public. However, we do require you use our licensed bartender on the day of the main event, at an additional charge. It always sounds easy to have friends and family cook and serve but trust me, it's not! Ensure your day goes without mishap and allow family and friends to be able to enjoy the day as well by having others take care of the food. We do not have a liquor license, thus NO hard alcohol is allowed on the premises. We have our preferred bartenders that we like to have used, but it is not a requirement to use ours. We highly recommend that you hire professional caterers! It's SO much more work than anyone predicts.
