Packages & Rates

In order to ensure we are offering the absolute BEST possible service to you, we have decided we cannot offer the normal 8-10 hour block; we only book 3 day blocks. We have several different ceremony sites, the entire farmhouse, several outbuildings and 10 acres worth of area that has to be deep cleaned following each event. Our standards are high and we need time to ensure we can meet those for each party. With these considerations, we only offer a 3 day package. Included in your package is a turn key approximately 4000 sq. ft Farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, plus a loft area with another bed, 2 full baths, living, dining, office, coffee nook, Bridal Quarters, etc; as well as the separate cabin for the Groomsmen, which hosts a full-size bed and full bathroom. There're 8 RV camping sites that are close together (4 RV's is best if possible) with electrical hook-ups, NO water though you can fill your tanks with good well water upon arrival; unlimited camp sites for tents and RVs without hook-ups; the dance floor; inside the barn with ample seating upstairs and downstairs acting as a ceremony/reception area, as well as a catering area; a food/flower prep area; and a separate bar area. All of this nestled in the woods surrounded by cedar trees, a year round creek that wanders through out the property, and just under 1000 feet of river frontage on the Pend Oreille River.

  • The venue is available only in a 3-day block packages
  • Here is a sample 3-day itinerary: 
    • *Arrive any time  on Friday after 11 AM, *decorate and set up; *have your rehearsal, *rehearsal dinner and *relax for the remainder of the evening.
      • On Saturday while the *gals get ready… the *guys can fish, hike, play cornhole, play poker, etc . There is also a golf course 20 minutes from the venue! *Enjoy your ceremony and reception, then *stay up and visit as late as desired. 
          • On Sunday,  *clean up, *relax,  *reminisce about the wedding and laugh about the prior night events *enjoy all the venue has to offer and *check out by 11 AM

Days of the week can be flexible as long as we can have time to prepare the venue for the next  weekend.

Deposits & Payments

You can reserve your special day by paying a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 to hold your date. The deposit payment is due at the time of signing the contract, your date will not be saved until BOTH the contract and deposit are received. This amount is NON_REFUNDABLE and will be applied toward your total balance of the venue rental. The remaining balance can be made in payments spread out evenly over the course of the remaining time prior to the wedding. The final payment is to be paid 6 months prior to the wedding taking place. Because cancellations made for less than 6 months are nearly impossible to rebook, at that point the entire amount is non-refundable. Prior to the 180 day period, any amount paid prior to this (minus the deposit) will be refunded in full IF the dates can be rebooked at the same rates, at the venues discretion.
A $2000 damage deposit will be added, in addition, to the original cost of the wedding package. This will be due a month prior to the wedding and will be refunded within 14 days after the wedding, providing no damage occurs or items are missing. We WANT to be able to return the deposit and not have damage or extra work to do! Our goal is to be able to refund the full damage deposit to you.

Alcohol & Catering

Another perk at Rustic River Wedding & Venue is that we let you bring in your own alcohol and food. We do require you purchase a banquet license online, the cost is only $10/day you are serving the public. However, we do require hiring a licensed server/caterer and bartender serve on the day of the main event. It always sounds easy but trust me, its worth hiring it out to ensure your day goes without mishap and to also allow family and friends to be able to enjoy the day. We do not have a liquor license, thus NO hard alcohol is allowed on the premises. We have our preferred bartenders that we like to have used.
